Kids Party

Choose from our range of children’s party pottery. Each child can pick one piece of pottery to paint which we will fire and glaze in the kiln. We now have a great new private area for parties.

The price is £18 per child for a maximum of 14 children and a minimum booking of 8. The party is for up to a maximum of two hours but we normally find 1.5 hours is enough.  Available time slots are on Saturdays from 10am - 12pm or 2pm to 4pm and Sundays from 10am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm.  In addition to this there is a £50 room hire charge. 

We are also able to accommodate children’s parties weekdays from 3pm. Please call to check availability.

Children’s party food can also form part of the package starting from just £6.00 per head for the following menu; 

Selection of sandwiches, bowls of crisps and a platter of carrot, cucumber and mixed pepper sticks with a humous or tzatziki dip. Jugs of Fruit flavoured squash and tap water. Sandwich fillings on offer include Cheese, Ham, Jam, Chocolate Spread, Tuna and Egg mayonnaise (please select 3). An alternative option is a selection of Pizzas with various toppings such as cheese & Tomato and Pepperoni..

Should you have any special dietary requirements please feel free to discuss this with us before booking.

We are more than happy for you to bring your own Birthday Cake or if you would like us to source, just ask! The Chameleon Cafe in Great Dunmow is perfect for a kids party

A deposit of £50 is payable to secure a booking. This can be paid in person when visiting the cafe or via our online shop where you will see a deposit category option
